Paul DuBois CREATIVE & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Paul DuBois is an experienced Speaker, Consultant, an award-winning Corporate Trainer, Facilitator, Qualified Coach COA2 Level 5 (CMI) and is a certified Master NLP Practitioner.

Since 2000, Paul has been the Managing & Creative Director of Apropos Productions Ltd., a company that specialises in developing interactive Leadership and Behavioural workshops. Previously, Paul was the founding Artistic Director of the award-winning international touring company Off the Cuff Theatre Company Ltd. and continues to work regularly as an actor, writer, theatre director, and Film and Theatre producer.  

Paul has worked internationally with a range of corporate clients to strengthen their ability to build rapport, improve sales, customer service, navigate challenging workplace dynamics, improve their public speaking style, as well as their personal presence and professional impact.

Paul has delivered countless training sessions and developed many award-winning solutions, including the National Training Award 2005 (in association with Reed Business School) & the Highest Evaluation Score (Reed Learning, Public Courses 2008).  Paul currently develops, delivers and consults with leading Dow Jones & FTSE 50 companies worldwide.

Zak Khan SENIOR LEARNING CONSULTANT, TRAINER & COACH

An award-winning and highly experienced professional Leadership and Communication Skills Trainer and Coach with over 20 years of facilitation experience across a range of market sectors, from FTSE 100 clients to small, developing businesses.

Zak is passionate about training facilitation and learning and, as a result, is a dynamic, enthusiastic and versatile trainer. His approach to client training is highly focused on providing a quality service whilst giving delegates an experience which is exceptional. His training style is both entertaining and interactive, designed to make training events, challenging, thought-provoking, highly participative and enjoyable.

Stuart Lowry SENIOR CONSULTANT & TRAINER

Stuart has over 25 years training and coaching experience, specialising in leadership and management, team development, business management, strategy development, project management, personal development and sales.

 Stuart holds a Master of Science degree from the University of London in Organisational Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent. He also holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute, and is a practitioner of Insights Discovery, DISC Profiling and PRINCE 2. Additionally, Stuart is a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (FLPI) and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI).

 Stuart has had a varied international career working within both the private and public sectors. After a successful career in recruitment as a regional business director with Reed, he went onto to build learning consultancy businesses with clients at Capita and GP Strategies. He worked as the Director of Civil Service Learning and also Global Learning Partnership Director for Novartis. He also worked with senior stakeholders at Volkswagen, HSBC and the United Nations World Food Programme. With many clients, he has worked on the design and roll out of large global leadership programmes.

 In these roles, Stuart managed large and diverse international training design and delivery teams in cities such as Dubai, Mumbai, Cape Town, Istanbul, New York and Rome. He personally delivered leadership and management courses to senior directors and leaders across many territories (e.g. Oman, Nigeria, St Lucia, India and South Africa).

Most recently, Stuart was the Academy Director at NHS Professionals. He worked with governmental bodies and NHS Trusts to develop a range of programmes in the leadership and project management arenas. This included the development of a leadership programme for Moorfields Eye Hospital and a middle managers’ programme for the South East Coast Ambulance Service.

Kate Faragher SENIOR CONSULTANT & COACH

Kate enjoys bringing out the best in people, and she understands that great presenters are rarely born, but rather, effectively trained.

As a successful trainer and actress she is well placed to offer a unique set of communication skills to help raise your potential. Kate excels at presenting a winning formula to help you capture your audience at a presentation, as well as improving your confidence and credibility on these occasions.

Debora Weston SENIOR CONSULTANT & COACH

Debora Weston has been a performance coach and professional actress for over 30 years.

She has worked with bankers, politicians, advertising executives, doctors, lawyers and professionals in all areas of the I.T. sector. She has a B.A. in psychology and theatre from Yale University and an advanced degree from Central School of Speech and Drama.

Isabel Kennedy SENIOR CONSULTANT & TRAINER

Isabel is a CTP qualified learning & development practitioner, with 20 years’ experience of helping individuals and organisations achieve their potential through learning. Isabel also has a degree in communication and a background in Sales and HR management. Clients and participants alike say she is dynamic and has a thorough approach that makes training sessions memorable and enjoyable. 

Isabel’s expertise incorporates Management, Sales, Secretarial and Communication Skills. Isabel has worked extensively in both the public and private sector is a qualified NVQ assessor and holds the COA2 Level 5 coaching certificate.

Rachael Allen SENIOR CONSULTANT & TRAINER

Rachael is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who uses her Strengths; Maximizer – Strategic – Futuristic – Activator – Relator to influence and inspire individuals, teams, and organizations to optimize performance. Rachael coaches her clients to realise the fullness of their potential and to become authentic, confident, and capable contributors. Her clients gravitate to her energy and enthusiasm.

With a background in Human Resources Management, Rachael has extensive experience of creating and implementing Global People Strategies to create a positive organisational culture. Rachael has designed and delivered a range of employee engagement and learning and development initiatives resulting in increased employee and business performance.

Alistair Donegan FACILITATOR & TRAINER

A certified coach, mentor and NLP master practitioner, Alistair utilises his background in performance, business and facilitation, to help companies, teams and individuals to communicate and work together better. He is fascinated by the specifics of language and behaviour; how what we say and do leads to an outcome, and how if we change what we say and do, it can lead to a very different outcome. Alistair works with clear objectives, tangible outcomes and lasting commitments, leading to impactful behavioural and cultural change. 

Tom Bodell SENIOR TRAINER & FACILITATOR
