TERMS OF BUSINESS
PLEASE READ & AGREE TO OUR STANDARD TERMS OF BUSINESS
LATE PAYMENT
In the event of late payment, Apropos Productions Ltd. reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 2.5% per calendar month or part thereof from the last date that payment was due to the date that payment is made.
PRICES
All prices are quoted on the acceptance form and are correct at the date of publication, and for 90 days thereafter. APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. reserves the right to adjust these prices in order to meet their true cost outside this period.
TRANSFERRING COURSES
If a Client wishes to transfer a course to a different date, within 15 working days of the original courses date, there may be an administrative charge of 40% of the course fee. If that transfer is then cancelled, the full course fee remains payable.
CANCELLING COURSES
All cancellations to bookings must be made 15 working days prior to the start of a course. If a booking is cancelled within the 15 days, the full course fee must be paid immediately.
CHANGING DELEGATES
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace an original delegate. Please inform APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. of any change to the original booking.
APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. reserves the right to limit the amount of delegates on any programme. If the number of delegates increases without the express written consent of APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD., then FURTHER CHARGES MAY BE PAYABLE.
CANCELLATION OF COURSES BY APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. & CHANGES TO COURSE CONTENT
APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, Clients/Companies will be offered an alternative. APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any expenses (e.g. staff travel/hotel costs, room hire, etc.) incurred by the Client/Companies due to a cancellation of a course.
APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. courses are constantly being updated and improved and APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. reserves the right to alter any of the course content without prior notice.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY
APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. is not liable for any actions or activities that any organisation, department, team and/or individuals takes based on the input from the agreed workshop/seminar run by our associates.
The Client/Company accepts full liability for any future decisions, actions or activities made by the organisation and its employees based on any advice received from Apropos Productions Ltd. and its associates.
CONFIDENTIALITY
APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. recognises that an individual and/or organisation has the right to expect that any information imparted by them to APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. will be used only for the purpose for which it was given, will be accessible by the organisation and will not be released to others without their prior knowledge and consent.
APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. will not release nor enter into any discussions with any outside organisation (or interested third parties) about any issues that may be of a private and/or commercial sensitive/restricted nature.
INTELLECTUAL COPYRIGHT
APROPOS PRODUCTIONS LTD. recognises that by agreeing to our terms, the Client/Company assumes all copyright of the material used in the training course, coaching session or virtual session.
All participating delegates will be allowed to disseminate, transfer, copy and share all materials given to them during the training sessions. This privilege is extended ONLY to people within the Client’s organisation.
The use of the materials by the Client for further commercial purposes with any outside organisation and/or third party, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
